Jennifer Garcon, Ph.D. is the Librarian for Modern and Contemporary Special Collections at Princeton University Archive. She leads post-custodial archival projects that leverage library resources toward the preservation and conservation of community-held cultural heritage assets. She’s on the organizing board of Archives for Black Lives in Philadelphia, and has provided digital scholarship support for the Move Activist Archive Project, Re/Member Black Philadelphia, and School Protest in Africa Project.
School Protests in Africa is a dynamic digital scholarship project whose central premise revolves around resurfacing the frequency and prevalence of modern youth-led protests in Africa.
